The 365 On Us giveaway begins Sunday, November 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Central Time and ends Monday, November 30, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Central Time (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeper.
Each entry is one chance in the drawing. A person may hold at most 300 entries across all methods below.
Free methods (no purchase necessary). Go to ascendperformancenutrition.com/pages/365-on-us, enter your first name and a valid email address, and confirm your email using the link we send you. After you confirm, you can earn more free entries:
Referral entries (free). After you confirm, you receive a personal link. For each friend who enters through your link and confirms their own email during the Entry Period, you receive 10 entries, up to 10 friends. You receive 10 bonus entries when you reach 3 confirmed friends and 15 bonus entries when you reach 5. A friend counts once, only after they confirm. You cannot refer yourself.
Purchase entries (optional). Orders paid during the Entry Period on ascendperformancenutrition.com, placed with the same email address as your entry, earn: 1 entry per $10 of product after discounts (shipping, tax and gift cards excluded); an order bonus of 3, 5, 10 or 15 entries for orders of $35, $50, $100 or $150 (highest tier only); 15 entries once for your first order that contains Replenish+; and 15 entries for an order of the 365 Stack. Purchase entries are limited to 40 per order (the Replenish+ and Stack bonuses are separate). Weekly flash sale: each week Sponsor features one product, and dollars spent on that product during that week earn a second entry per $10. Refunded or cancelled orders do not count.
Verification. Sponsor may verify tag, Instagram and Skool claims and remove entries it cannot verify. Entries made by script, bot or other automated means, or with more than one email address per person, are void.
Entering adds your email address to Sponsor's email list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. If you choose to give a mobile number and check the separate text box, you agree to receive recurring marketing text messages from Sponsor at that number. Consent to texts is not required to enter or to buy anything. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help.
Total ARV of all prizes: $2,519.16. Prizes are not transferable and have no cash value. No substitutions except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize or the app is unavailable. Winners are responsible for all taxes. The app prize is access to the Ascend app subscription for the stated period, redeemed with the winner's account email. Product ships in tubs over the prize period at Sponsor's schedule.
On Tuesday, December 1, 2026, Sponsor will select winners by random drawing from all eligible entries, weighted by the number of entries each person holds. Only entries with a confirmed email address are eligible. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email within 2 business days and must reply within 5 days. If a winner cannot be reached, does not reply, or is ineligible, Sponsor may award the prize to an alternate selected the same way.
The First Prize referrer is the person whose link the winner used to enter. If the winner did not enter through a link, there is no referrer prize. If the referrer is ineligible, cannot be reached, or does not reply within 5 days, Sponsor may award that portion to the winner or select an alternate, at Sponsor's choice.
Every person with a confirmed entry may receive a code for one free Ascend shaker with the purchase of any single product, whether or not they win. One use per person. Not valid on the 365 Stack, bundles or with other offers. Valid November 1, 2026 through December 15, 2026. Standard shipping terms apply to the order.
Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release where allowed by law. Where allowed by law, by accepting a prize a winner agrees that Sponsor may use their first name, city and state to announce the result, without further payment. By entering, you agree to these rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend the giveaway if fraud, technical failure or any other cause affects its fairness, and may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process.
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta, Facebook, Instagram or Skool. Entrants release them from any liability.
By entering, you release Sponsor and its owners, employees and partners from any liability arising from the giveaway or any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Missouri.
